Hi, I’m Shanai, the founder and lead educator here at Lash Nation.It feels like not long ago i was in the feels searching fro a lash extension course, one that would really set me up and put me on the right foot—starting out with a dream but feeling unsure about where to begin. I started my lash journey in 2018 with nothing but a lash bed in the corner of my mum’s living room and a drive to make something of myself. I barely scraped together the money for my first course, and when I completed it, I was still full of doubts. Was I good enough? Would I ever make my investment back? Could I actually turn this into a career?I had no mentor, no support system, and no real roadmap to follow—I had to figure it out the hard way. But through trial, error, and relentless determination, I built a six-figure lash business from the ground up. I went from struggling to get clients to having a fully booked schedule, eventually closing my books to new clients because my loyal customer base kept growing.
That’s when I realized something: success in this industry isn’t about luck—it’s about having the right guidance, a clear strategy, and a commitment to quality.
